About Full Circle Wellness

Staten Island's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program.

We are an OASAS-licensed outpatient program dedicated to helping people with substance use disorder recover, stabilize, and rebuild, with dignity, without judgment.

Our Mission

Recovery. Wellness. Self-sufficiency.

The mission of Full Circle Wellness is to support recovery, wellness, and self-sufficiency through evidence-based substance use disorder treatment, trauma-informed practices, and culturally competent care.

We offer a full continuum of outpatient substance use disorder services including comprehensive clinical assessments, individual and group counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and ancillary withdrawal support for alcohol and opioids.

Substance use disorder does not discriminate. Neither does our care. We serve adults and young people across Staten Island regardless of insurance status, background, or where they are in their recovery journey.
